Alistair Shepherd

Alistair Shepherd (CMILT) has extensive experience in operations and project management within various sectors, notably healthcare and retail. Currently serving as the Head of Business Transformation for Baxter Healthcare in Western Europe, Alistair has held multiple significant roles such as Head of UK and Ireland W&D Operations and UK & Ireland NDC Warehouse, Distribution, Transport and Commercial Operations Manager, effectively managing logistics and service delivery solutions. Previous experience includes interim project management roles at Homebase, where responsibilities included conducting nationwide site surveys and overseeing major retail upgrades. Alistair's career also features positions at Unipart, Cdiscount, and Dataforce, among others, focusing on operational efficiency and project execution. Alistair holds an HNC in Business and Finance from De Montfort University and an ILM Level 5 qualification.
