Amy Jones

Amy Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at HillRom, now Baxter, where they currently serve as Sr. Manager of Sales and Service Support. Since starting their career in Customer Service, Amy has held diverse roles, including IT Business Analyst, International Distribution Coordinator, and Procurement Specialist, ultimately overseeing a team that manages Service Contract administration. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana Wesleyan University’s Adult Program. Amy is committed to continuous learning and growth within the organization.
