Bailey Ramsden

Bailey Ramsden is currently a Service Enablement Manager at Baxter International Inc., where they focus on optimizing technical support and enhancing customer experiences through effective process and resource management. Previously, Bailey worked as a Training & Information Management Specialist at Hillrom and held various roles at the University of Rochester Medical Center, including EPIC Certified Instructional Designer. They also gained experience in hospitality and support roles at The Marietta House and the Saint John Fisher Office of Information Technology. Bailey holds a degree from Saint John Fisher College, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
