Ben Grimes

Ben Grimes is the Sr. EHS&S Digital Leader at Baxter International Inc., where they oversee the implementation of global EHS systems and the development of digital roadmaps. They previously worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, specializing in EHS software implementation for industrial clients. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as a System Engineer and Systems Administrator at Barrett Firearms Mfg, Inc., and a Laboratory Instructor & Chemicals Manager at Lipscomb University. They earned a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Middle Tennessee State University, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant.
