Benjamin Kania

Benjamin Kania, CISSP, serves as a Senior Principal Security Engineer at Baxter International Inc., starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Benjamin was employed at CardinalCommerce, a Visa Solution, from May 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Team Lead, focusing on enhancing the security posture and strategies and overseeing system security operations, as well as working as a Cybersecurity Specialist involved in compliance with PCI DSS and other security requirements. Benjamin's career began in the US Navy as an Electronic Equipment Repairman, followed by a position as IT HelpDesk Night Shift Student Personnel at The University of Toledo. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo.
