Beth Baker

Beth Baker has extensive experience in human resources, highlighted by a tenure at Baxter International Inc. from March 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the Global Mobility team and leading HR efforts for merger and acquisition activities in roles such as Senior Director and Human Resources Director. Prior to Baxter, Beth served as Sr. HR Manager for Global Mobility at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from January 2005 to February 2008, and earlier as an HR Specialist, focusing on policy compliance, employee engagement, and corporate culture. Academically, Beth holds an MBA in HR from DePaul University and a BS in Management from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
