Bevin Seifert

Bevin Seifert is currently a Senior Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at Baxter International, where they lead ethics and compliance initiatives across various functions, including market access and patient centricity. Previously, Bevin served as Corporate Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at Baxter and as Director of Healthcare Compliance at Astellas Pharma US, overseeing significant compliance programs. They began their legal career as a Healthcare Associate at Sidley Austin, focusing on complex litigation and regulatory issues, and have represented pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers in matters concerning fraud, abuse, and compliance. Bevin holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BA in International Relations and Italian from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside cultural studies in Italian language.
