Bill Vadbunker currently serves as the Vice President of Global Tax at Baxter International Inc., a position held since February 2025. Previously, Bill held the role of Vice President of Global Tax at McDonald’s Corporation from October 2018 to February 2025, and prior to that, served as Senior Director of Global Tax Planning at McDonald's from September 2006 until February 2025. In addition to corporate roles, Bill has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member in Accounting at DePaul since 2006. Bill Vadbunker holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation, both obtained from DePaul University, as well as advanced education from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
