Brian Hoffman, PMP, is currently the Director of R&D, Surfaces and Mechanical at Baxter International Inc., a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Brian accumulated extensive experience in the medical device industry, serving as Project Leader and Director of Surfaces R&D at Hillrom from 2007 to 2018, and as a Senior Project Engineer at Wayne Water Systems from 2005 to 2007. Brian holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Brian is PMP certified and familiar with FDA regulations, UL, and ISO certifications.
