Brian Swiderski

Brian Swiderski is an experienced finance leader currently serving as a Finance Manager for R&D and Quality at Baxter International Inc. Since 2016, they have overseen the financial planning and reporting processes while providing strategic support and analysis for project prioritization. Previously, Swiderski held various finance roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Capital Finance Manager and Senior Cost Manager, where they drove significant productivity savings and supervised finance teams. Their career began at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Audit Associate, where they performed financial audits and supervised auditors. Swiderski holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from DePaul University.
