Britt Daughtry, Ph.D., is an adaptive research scientist with over 14 years of diverse research experience. They have served as a medical laboratory scientist during the COVID-19 pandemic and held leadership roles, including Senior Core Scientist and CAP Technical Supervisor at Oregon Health & Science University. Britt is the founder and manager of Dodgeball AVL, a community-oriented organization promoting dodgeball in Asheville, and previously managed a sports league for queer individuals in Portland. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from Oregon Health and Science University.
