Caitlin Bailey

Caitlin Bailey is an accomplished Business Unit Director for Baxter International Inc., overseeing the Pharmaceuticals division in Canada since August 2012. With a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Caitlin has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Director of Sales & Marketing and Group Marketing Manager, spearheading initiatives in areas such as anesthesia, oncology, and specialty injectables. Prior to joining Baxter, Caitlin gained valuable experience at Boston College's Investment & Endowment Office, FRHI Hotels & Resorts, and Boston College Financial Management Services. Caitlin holds an MBA in Brand Management and a BS in Biology from Boston College.
