Caroline Cottet, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various managerial positions across notable organizations. Caroline began as a Media Relations Assistant Intern at Boston College, managing communications for varsity sports. Subsequently, Caroline served as Executive Director of Recruitment and Selection at Northwestern Mutual, achieving significant increases in first-year commissions for financial representatives. Caroline's talent acquisition expertise continued to grow at Hillrom and Welch Allyn, with a focus on sourcing and selecting top talent in commercial, marketing, and R&D roles.
