Che Hembry

Che Hembry is the Head of Global Compliance Operations and Governance at Baxter International Inc., a position held since 2022. Previously, Che served as Executive Director of Compliance at Hill-Rom from 2016 to 2022, where they led the strategic development of the global compliance function. Che's earlier experience includes significant roles in compliance and risk management at TAP Pharmaceuticals, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Protiviti, and LION, Inc. Che holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Loyola University Chicago.
