Christina Moss

Christina Moss is a Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Baxter International Inc., where they focus on enhancing employer-employee relationships and compliance matters. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Team Lead at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd from 2012 to 2021, managing day-to-day activities for the Employee Resource Center and coaching new administrators. Christina also worked at Hewitt Associates as a Benefits Specialist and held roles in leave of absence management and risk management at Takeda. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University and are pursuing an Associate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
