Christopher Mah

Christopher Mah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Operational Excellence at Baxter International Inc. since November 2018. Mah develops and delivers training programs, supports continuous improvement strategies, and mentors candidates in quality and cost-focused projects. Concurrently, Mah contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member at DePaul University, specializing in business subjects and serving on the advisory board for the Masters in Supply Chain Management program. Previous positions include Project Manager and Program Manager at Xylem Inc., where Mah led successful product transfers and new product development. Before that, a lengthy tenure at ITT included roles in project management and continuous improvement, where Mah earned accolades for quality and compliance initiatives. Mah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA with honors in International Business from DePaul University.
