Collette Carrasquillo is currently a Quality Compliance Manager at Baxter International Inc., where they focus on building high-performing teams and fostering trusting relationships. With experience as a chemist from 2006 to 2012 and various roles within Baxter International since, Collette has developed expertise in quality assurance, project management, and supplier quality. They hold certifications as an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Collette is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
