Dan Heideman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the fields of materials and process engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Engineer at Baxter International Inc. since July 2022, Dan leads initiatives within the Container Fabrication Center of Excellence. Prior to this role, Dan held positions as a Process Development Engineer at Engis Corporation from January 2018 to July 2022 and as a Materials and Process Engineer at Coilcraft, Inc. from July 2007 to November 2017. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by an Associate of Science degree obtained from McHenry County College and additional studies at the College of Lake County.
