Dave Handley

Dave Handley is a Senior Director of Data Governance at Baxter, with extensive experience in data governance and management within managed health care insurance organizations. Previously, they served as Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Centene Corporation, where they designed and launched an Enterprise Data Catalog, significantly increasing monthly site visits. At WellCare Health Plans, they led a team to develop an Enterprise Data Model and Warehouse, integrating data from multiple acquisitions. Dave has also held leadership positions at Meridian and US Medical Management, where they focused on transforming data capabilities and compliance with regulatory standards. Currently, Dave is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan.
