Derk has held several significant positions, including Senior Director of Commercial Excellence at Baxter International Inc. since 2024, and previously served as Director of Sales Excellence & Training for Europe & Canada at Smith & Nephew. With experience as a Business Intelligence Lead at Amgen and a Market Analyst at Dunlop Aerospace, Derk has consistently focused on driving business results. Derk holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Nijmegen.
