Donald E. Owens III, Ph.D., is currently the Director of R&D Material Science & Innovation at Baxter International Inc. They previously served as Director Of Product Development at TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they led the development of novel dry powder inhalation formulations through successful clinical trials. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at SABIC, including Sr. Manager of Nano and Adaptive Materials, and managed teams focused on process technology and innovation. Donald earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
