Duy van

Duy Van is an experienced data scientist currently working at Baxter International Inc. in the AI Innovation Hub since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role at Qualtrics from January 2022 to June 2024, where Duy co-designed an automated topic exploration process using machine learning and natural language processing techniques and conducted Key Driver Analysis projects to generate customer experience insights. Prior to that, Duy served as an Infrastructure and Data Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from June 2019 to January 2022, focusing on anomaly detection and sentiment analysis. Duy also completed an internship that involved co-designing analytic processes and dashboards for end-user surveys. Educationally, Duy holds a Master of Science in Data Science from DePaul University, earned in January 2019.
