Eileen Serrano, CQE, CSSBB, CMQ/OE, is a Senior Director of Operational Excellence with an accomplished background in implementing strategic programs and projects. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Eileen has successfully led high-performance teams at various organizations, including Baxter International Inc. and Roche, demonstrating expertise in quality engineering and continuous improvement. A Senior member of the American Society for Quality, Eileen has held leadership roles such as Past Chair of the ASQ Puerto Rico section and Deputy Regional Director.
