Erika Weiman

Erika Weiman is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as Sr Director, HR Business Partner at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities include human capital management and succession planning. Previously, Erika held various leadership roles at CDW from 2012 to 2022, including Director of Talent Management, where strategic focus encompassed global talent strategies, performance management, and equitable talent outcomes. Additionally, Erika led DEI initiatives and supported multiple corporate functions as Director, HR Business Partner. Erika obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College in 1997.
