Erwin Ortiz, CISA, CPA, is a seasoned IT audit and security professional with a robust background in operational auditing, IT management, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior IT Audit Consultant at Baxter International Inc. since May 2024, Ortiz previously held the position of Lead Internal Auditor at Univar Solutions from November 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included evaluating organizational processes and supporting business objectives. Ortiz has extensive experience in IT security transformations, having led a successful transition to a cloud-based environment at Roth&Co. and ensuring robust IT security networks at E.C. Ortiz & Co., LLP, where Ortiz was a Partner for two decades. With a BS in Accounting from DePaul University, Ortiz brings a wealth of knowledge in tax, accounting, and auditing practices.
