Fantu Leka

Fantu Leka is the Director of Quality at Baxter International Inc., where they provide leadership across all quality functions, including compliance and supplier quality management. With over 25 years of experience in quality management within the FDA-regulated medical device industry, they hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and possess extensive knowledge in regulatory standards such as QSR 820 and ISO 13485. Prior to their current role, Fantu served as a Senior QA Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they focused on global supplier quality management, and held a position as General QA Supervisor/Senior Engineer at 3M. Fantu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and a Master’s degree in the same field from San Diego State University.
