Grisel Quiles is an Integrated Supply Chain Executive with over twenty years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments, specifically in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. Grisel held various roles at OMJ Pharmaceuticals, Hospital Matilde Brenes, and BD, culminating in leadership positions such as Senior Director of Global Reagents Manufacturing and Senior Director Global Supply Chain Planning. Currently, Grisel serves as the Site Director/General Manager at Baxter International Inc. while pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Health from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, alongside degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science from Purdue University and a certificate from Duke University. Grisel is a Certified Manufacturing Lean Leader and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
