Guillermo Montes

Guillermo Montes, MBA, PMP, is currently the Associate Director of R&D at Baxter, where they lead a team focused on developing medical technologies aimed at saving lives. With a background in mechanical engineering and significant experience in product development, Guillermo previously worked at Metalsa and held various roles at Baxter, including Sustaining & Design Engineer and R&D Senior Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and obtained dual MBAs from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and EGADE Business School. Guillermo is passionate about outdoor activities, sports, music, and cultural exploration, and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet.
