Ha Le is a highly experienced quality engineer with a strong background in regulatory compliance and quality management systems within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Quality Engineer at Baxter International Inc. since May 2023, Ha has previously held positions at Cardiac Dimensions, Siemens Healthineers, Physio-Control, and Achilles USA, accumulating extensive experience in quality engineering, assurance management, and new product development. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Associate of Science in Engineering, Ha Le has developed a comprehensive skill set that includes conducting supplier audits, managing CAPA programs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as EN ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
