Heather Herbst

Heather Herbst is an accomplished Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Baxter International Inc. since January 2023. With a strong background in leading acquisition and divestiture initiatives, Herbst previously served as Managing Director at A3 Global Advisors, focusing on various industries and transaction stages. Prior experience includes serving as Transaction Services Practice Leader for RGP’s Midwest advisory practice, where strategies for M&A initiatives were developed and executed. At PwC, Herbst held the position of Director in the M&A Advisory practice, leading merger integration and divestiture engagements. Additionally, Herbst contributed to Coriant, Inc. as Director of Marketing Operations, overseeing the integration and operations during a significant acquisition. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Administration - Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
