They have held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director at Baxter International Inc., where they directed a global Design Quality organization and enhanced organizational capabilities. Jason's prior roles include quality and process engineering positions at W.L. Gore and Associates, Baxter Healthcare, and Abbott, where they focused on quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They hold an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
