Jeff Barningham

Jeff Barningham is a Program Director at Baxter International, overseeing the global implementation of the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) program. Previously, they served as the Director of Program Management for the US FDA Unique Device Identifier (UDI) program, managing all aspects of implementation at Baxter Healthcare. Jeff’s extensive experience includes consulting and project management roles at various companies including Centrifusion, HP Enterprise Services, and Target.com, where they demonstrated expertise in program management and process improvement across multiple industries. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and were the valedictorian at Bayfield High School.
