Jeff Hook

Jeff Hook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and portfolio management within the medical field. Currently serving as a Renal Portfolio Manager at Baxter International Inc. since January 2021, Jeff focuses on cultivating relationships with healthcare providers to achieve patient-centered objectives across chronic and acute renal care. Prior to Baxter, Jeff held various roles at Applied Medical, including Regional Sales Manager, Implementation/Procedural Specialist, and Account Manager, where significant contributions were made to the company’s growth. Earlier career experience includes positions at R8 Medical, Anacapa Technologies, Inc., and RJ Reynolds/Lorillard Tobacco Company, where Jeff honed skills in territory and account management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Winthrop University.
