Jeff Jelinek

Jeff Jelinek is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Technical Director Mechanical and Principal Mechanical Engineer at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021, Jeff has previously held the role of Principal Mechanical Engineer at Hill-Rom from May 2007 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading a large team of skilled engineers and promoting discipline excellence. Prior to Hill-Rom, Jeff was the Director of Product Engineering at Weil-McLain, overseeing a team of approximately 45 professionals. Earlier experience includes various engineering roles at Thermo Products, LLC, starting as a Project Engineer and progressing through multiple leadership positions. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
