Jeff Klembczyk

Jeff Klembczyk is a Senior Corporate Counsel for IP at Baxter International Inc., a position held since 2020. Previously, Jeff served as Chief IP and General Counsel at X-Ray Optical Systems from 2002 to 2019 and held lead intellectual property roles at Molecular OptoElectronics Corporation and Scion Photonics, Inc. With a background in engineering and law, Jeff possesses extensive experience in managing global IP portfolios, compliance, governance, and M&A. Jeff earned a JD magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and holds both BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University at Buffalo and Syracuse University, respectively.
