Jnanesha Ramegowda

Jnanesha Ramegowda is a Principal Engineer at Baxter International Inc. since December 2018, focusing on new product development for patient support systems and Class-II medical devices, utilizing a Stage Gate process. Previously, Jnanesha held the position of Engineering Manager at L&T Technology Services, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and managing project budgets and performance evaluations, as well as serving as Assistant Manager for new product design projects. Prior experience includes managerial roles in production planning and supply chain for aerospace components at Dynamatic Technologies, along with positions in design engineering for industrial and medical applications. Jnanesha holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Tool Design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
