Joe Beal is the Head of Strategy Global Services at Baxter International Inc., where they currently serve as VP of US Field Service Operations. Joe has a diverse background in finance, having held progressive roles from Staff Accountant to Director of Finance at Hillrom between 1994 and 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Freshmark Foods, where they advanced from Staff Accountant to Plant Controller. Joe earned a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business.
