Joe Krolicki

Joe Krolicki is an accomplished IT Service Management professional with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives at prominent companies. At Baxter International Inc., from August 2015 to August 2023, Joe served as Director of Global Platforms, overseeing the ServiceNow platform, and previously held the role of Director of Enterprise Service Management, managing global ITSM processes. Prior experience includes management positions at Walgreens, Bosch, HSBC, and Alcatel-Lucent, where Joe developed ITSM strategies and led teams in process design and implementation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
