Johan van Zyl

Johan van Zyl has extensive experience in sales management and engineering, currently serving as the Sales Manager for the Compounding Division at Baxter International Inc. since September 2015. Prior roles include National Sales Manager and Acting Sales Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing sales efforts and strategic initiatives. Johan has also contributed to digital transformation, sales support, and marketing strategy execution as a Commercial Lead. Prior to Baxter, contributions were made at Tru-Test Group as a Senior Sales Specialist, Sales Specialist, and Team Leader, along with a role as Manufacturing Process Engineer and Team Leader at International Motorsport. Johan holds a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week with Mark Ritson and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Massey University.
