John Lane

John Lane is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the Director of Early Innovation at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021. With a strong background at Hill-Rom-Welch Allyn, where John held the position of Director of Advanced Technology, and at Welch Allyn in various leadership roles, John has significantly contributed to medical device innovation. John has a proven track record of driving core technologies, establishing industry partnerships, and holding over 200 US and international patents. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business with a concentration in Management Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from Buffalo State College, and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
