Jonathan completed the Technical Development Program, engaging in roles across various engineering areas such as Packaging Development and New Product Development for Home Hemodialysis Systems. Prior experience includes roles at Kimberly-Clark as a Co-Op Engineer, where support was provided for innovative spinning technology, as well as internships at Dow Chemical, focusing on material characterization for patent activities, and Stryker, concentrating on cost improvement in injection molding processes.
