Justyna Betta is a Senior HR Leader with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in global and local HR settings. Currently serving as the Head of HR CEE&I at Baxter, Justyna oversees People Strategy across 14 countries in Central Eastern Europe and Israel. Previously, Justyna held various senior HR roles at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included leading HR operations for multiple EMEA markets and managing HR business partnerships. Justyna's educational background includes a Master's in Spanish Philology and advanced leadership training, alongside postgraduate studies in Human Resources and Professional Coaching.
