Karen Leets

Karen Leets is senior vice president and treasurer.

Leets joined Baxter in 2019. Previously, she served as assistant treasurer, Treasury Operations, with Alphabet Inc. from 2017 to 2019. She has more than 25 years of treasury experience, including as vice president and treasurer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 2013 to 2017 and USG Corporation from 2003 to 2013.

Leets received a bachelor of science in accounting and an MBA from Indiana State University, and is a licensed certified public accountant in Illinois.
