Karen Torres

Karen Torres is a Principal Engineer with an MBA and over fourteen years of experience in the aerospace, mechanical, electronic devices, and medical device industries. They have successfully led initiatives focused on continuous process improvement and have extensive expertise in Lean methodologies. Previously, they served in various engineering and operational excellence roles at companies such as Baxter International Inc. and Collins Aerospace, where they advanced project execution and team collaboration. Karen earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and an MBA in Materials Management from Universidad del Turabo.
