Kathy Lu is an accomplished HR Director with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic HR management. They served as a Champion Consultant at Personnel Decisions International from 2003 to 2005, and later held pivotal roles as the HR Director for Baxalta China from 2015 to 2016 and Shire China from 2016 to 2019. Kathy also led business HR for Baxter International Inc. from 2007 to 2014, playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions.
