Kimberly Olson

Kimberly Olson is currently the Corporate Counsel for Securities, Corporate Governance, and Finance at Baxter International Inc. They have previously served as a Securities Counsel at UGI Corporation and Associate Counsel for Corporate and Securities at Zebra Technologies, where they managed public company filings and governance issues. Kimberly's legal career began with internships and clerkships at Allstate and the Cook County State Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and corporate governance. They hold a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
