Leif Rolfsen

Leif Rolfsen is a seasoned professional in real estate strategy and facilities management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Strategy at Baxter International Inc. since March 2023, Leif is focused on developing strategies to support the company's transition following the spin-off of its Renal business. Previously, Leif held the position of Director of Global Facilities at Groupon, optimizing global office portfolios in 16 countries, and also served as Director of Real Estate Strategy and Workplace Transformation at Baxter, where responsibilities included developing a global workplace transformation strategy. Leif's earlier career at Abbott included roles as Senior Facility Planner, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager, overseeing significant office projects and facility management. Education includes an MBA in International Management from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona.
