Lisa Keltner is an experienced Global Culture and Inclusion Leader known for driving organizational transformation by aligning values and behaviors with strategic business goals. They have a strong background in fostering inclusive work environments and collaborating with executives at all levels. Previously, Lisa worked at Golin/Harris Communications and G.D. Searle & Co., and held various leadership roles at Baxter International Inc., including Senior Director of Global Inclusion & Diversity.
