Meredith Muscat

Meredith Muscat, RN(EC), MN, CHPCN(C), currently serves as Principal Medical Liaison at Baxter International Inc. since February 2024, following a role as Director of Clinical and Transitional Care Programs and Patient Care Manager at Toronto Grace Health Centre from December 2018 to February 2024. Previously, Meredith held various positions including Director of Patient Care Services at Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network, Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care at Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre, and Clinical Leader Manager for Pre & Post Operative Care at St. Michael's Hospital. With extensive experience in palliative care and pain management, Meredith began the nursing career as a Registered Nurse in ICU at St. Michael's Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Toronto, hospice palliative care nursing certification from De Souza Institute, and a Critical Care Nursing Certification from George Brown College.
