Michael Salvi

Michael Salvi is an accomplished Associate Director of Commercial Marketing at Baxter International Inc., where they lead a line of surgical products. They previously served in various marketing and managerial roles, including as Director of Business Development at The HoneyBaked Ham Company and Global Brand Manager at Zimmer Surgical. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Michael graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics. Their diverse experiences include working as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army, participating in more than 100 brainstorming sessions, and teaching soldiers to improve their skills for advancement. Michael continues to foster a community of mentors and mentees, drawing on their extensive career experiences.
